#Me-Time through Meditation

We don't go high when they go low, or go light when they go dark. We triple down in our dynamic wholeness when they double down in their dualism.

Certainty is the buzzkill of wonder, humanity, vulnerability, and mystery. Uncertainty is the bedrock of creativity and new possibilities.

Aligned action and awareness form the skeleton of our integrity, and joy and playful discovery are the flesh of our dynamic wholeness.

Brave baby steps allow us to boldly explore our edge of growth, fall and get back up, and embrace unmet needs and dreams as our guide, one step at the time.

#Me-Time Objectives:

SOSSSSSSS - Stake out Safe Spiritual Space and Sit in Stillness and Solidarity to cultivate inner Strength

Celebrate sensitivity as a force of nature to be reckoned with and a powerful antidote to toxic masculinity and patriarchal oppression.

Use your sacred feminine super powers to metabolize sensitivity shame©, self-sabotaging fear, mental fog, and emotional reactivity.

Cultivate and enjoy inner stillness, peace, and self compassion to more clearly hear your authentic voice over all the noise.

Discover how and why attending to your needs and dreams will not only buffer and benefit you, but everyone around you and after you.

General Guidelines:

 - Open to all and all levels of meditation experience are welcome (beginner to advanced). Questions are highly encouraged and no meditation-related question is off-limits.
- Learn about common types of meditation practices - mindfulness, samatha (refuge), vipassana (insight), shamanic journeying and soul retrievals, guided visualization, Depth Hypnosis, and nature-centered practices.
- Learn to set up a soul sanctuary and work with a tree guide and the elements. Find out why your body as temple of your divinity is the most powerful antidote to Sensitivity Shame©
- Find out how to integrate your current meditation practice with Soul Authority practices.
 - Practical matters from cushions to postures to mudras: Am I doing it right? How do I know if I am doing it right? How is it different from self-reflection and contemplation?
- How to set up meditation space and an altar. How to comfortably lean into discomfort, pain, and the shadow for guidance.
- How to develop an unstoppable "test and tweak vs defeat mindset" with your meditation practice and eventually all endeavors in life.

Meetings with Loraine are a Divine gift. She holds a grounded space while checking in and hearing where you are at in your life, what you may be working on, or any issues that concern you, and is able to weave them into a beautiful teaching with her guided meditations. Learning how to create a soul sanctuary within myself has truly been a life gift of confidence and strength. It offered me a supported space in which I feel held and cared for, always leaving with a new sense of wholeness, inspiration, and a more positive perspective whenever I re-tree-t in it.

Her guidance helped me reclaim parts of myself in an organic way, using the elements of earth, water, air,  fire, and space to illuminate shadow parts. I now have a deeper and more aligned way of tuning into my needs and taking care of myself, mentally, physically, and spiritually, thanks the soul sanctuary and the spirit guides she helped me incorporate in my life.

Meditating with Loraine was unlike anything I’d ever experienced before. Even when I accessed stillness before as an experienced meditator, there were always some voices that I was unable to totally tune out, and I would drift off. Loraine’s meditations are both structured and free flowing. It’s easy to stay engaged and focused because she gently guides you to short-circuited parts you lost touch with and helps you to reconnect to these parts in powerful, touching, and transformative ways. It’s like she knows your inner landscape so well, she and her guides are able to intuitively guide you with questions and curiosity toward the next powerful AHA and gift that you then stumble on and get to discover and unpack yourself.

What’s so remarkable in her group meditations is that her guidance is totally unique for each person. I have heard her say things that she’s never said to me but that feel spot-on and super helpful for the next person, and we learn that way from each other. I also appreciate that she teaches us how to re-tree-t in a safe soul sanctuary and rely on our own intuition and spirit guides so we all can become masters of our domain and own our soul authority.
